moonlit feathers

Iwtes: I had done a real painting of this with REAL paint, but it didn't turn out how I would have liked (painting for real is hard!). I made this afterwards to make myself feel better, and it turned out decent. It's the first pic that I ever drew totally digitally (using the mouse was hard too!). Anyway, you know the drill; criticise me.... err this pic!
